Main actor today is BLACK GARLIC!! Black Garlic is actually fermented from raw garlic and normally fermented with the whole bulb..it has twice as many antioxidants as raw garlic and S-Allycysteine [sic], its natural that proven that it may help prevent cancer..cool isn't it?? haha
how is it taste like?! erm..i ate abit, the texture like sour plum but it not sour at all..not so much garlic taste then raw garlic..yet quite strong in the fermented taste..abit taste like balsamic vinegar (if u know wad it is) and abit mild sweet..not sure wad fermented method they used..look disgusting, but it gd for health..see you dare eat or not??^^
Black garlic is also famous in restaurants and hotels..Chefs like to use them in cookin..even fine dining restaurants..
Selling price in singapore..from the cheapest i had seen is $65 per box..6 bulb in 1 box..that will be average 1 bulb $10++...worth it or not? depend on how u see them..
but my mum eat it last month, she went for monthly body checkup, and it shown her blood sugar has drop..believe it or not?? up to you..to mi i would say its worth tryin for elderly..

where did you buy those garlics huh?
erm..i buy at those sell chinese dried food shop more cheaper $65 bucks..if not supermarket like giant, cold storage, carrefour all got sell but $68..
