


today we got a important farewell party for our hotel GM. his going back to his family and leaving hotel tomorrow. quite sad cod his a gd GM. very humour and friendly.
each outlet needs to prepare some food for the party, so is my outlet. we made foie gras mousse with fig sitting on puff pastry and squid ink ravioli with lobster royal.
and we are the onli outlet which present ex food and most people during the party ( it suppose to be 1 chef from each outlet). we helped up and took photo with our GM. =) gd luck to our GM!
